Analytics & Data Science Associate
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
We are looking for an Analytics & Data Science Associate who thrives on solving complex problems, driving organizational change, and building data products that deliver meaningful impact.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious—someone who enjoys exploring data, asking the right questions, and uncovering insights that drive business decisions. As part of our team, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring that our analytics solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
In this role, you will work with Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL, Power BI, and other data platforms to develop high-quality analytics products that not only answer questions—but help define the questions that need to be asked.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify opportunities to enhance analytics workflows, automate processes, and scale solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to embed data best practices into both client and internal operations.
Breaking Down and Solving Complex Data Problems
Approach business challenges with a structured problem-solving mindset, breaking down large data issues into manageable solutions.
Work with stakeholders to define key business questions and translate them into data-driven insights.
Ensure analytical findings are explainable, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
Building Data Products That Meet Client Needs
Design and deliver accurate, complete, and user-friendly data products.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their data needs and develop impactful solutions.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide real-time insights.
ETL & Data Engineering
Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Databricks and Azure to streamline client data processing.
Write efficient SQL and Python scripts for data transformation and automation.
Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability while improving system performance.
Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling
Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PySpark) for forecasting, optimization, and advanced analytics.
Apply statistical techniques to improve decision-making.
Leverage machine learning and predictive modeling to enhance data-driven insights.
Required Skills:
Strong ability to break down and solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
Experience in building data products that meet client and business requirements.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar visualization tools) for reporting and insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value.
Experience driving change through data initiatives.
A natural curiosity for uncovering insights, solving problems, and asking the right questions.
Preferred Skills (or Growth Opportunities in This Role):
Experience with Azure, Databricks, and cloud-based data processing.
Proven driving change through data initiatives.
Experience with ETL pipelines, data engineering workflows, and automation.
Familiarity with predictive modeling, A/B testing, and statistical methods.
