Analytics & Data Science Senior Associate
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
We are looking for an experienced Analytics & Data Science Senior Associate who excels at solving complex data challenges, driving organizational change, and developing scalable data solutions that generate business impact.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious—someone who enjoys exploring data, asking the right questions, and uncovering insights that drive business decisions. As a key member of our team, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, optimize analytics workflows, and ensure our data-driven solutions align with business objectives.
In this role, you will work with Azure, Databricks, Python, SQL, Power BI, and other platforms to develop high-quality analytics products that drive impact. Beyond answering questions, you will play a key role in defining the right questions to ask.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Business Impact Through Data
Lead data-driven initiatives that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within analytics workflows and develop scalable solutions.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote best practices in data usage and business intelligence.
Solving Complex Data Challenges
Address multi-layered business problems by leveraging advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning when applicable.
Partner with business leaders to define key performance metrics and build data solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Ensure analytical findings are explainable, actionable, and aligned with business strategy.
Developing Scalable Data Products
Design and deploy accurate, user-friendly data products tailored to business needs.
Develop automated reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using Power BI to provide real-time insights.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.
ETL & Data Engineering
Architect and optimize ETL pipelines using Databricks and Azure (or other cloud-based platforms) to streamline client data processing.
Write efficient, production-grade SQL and Python scripts for data transformation and automation.
Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and scalability while optimizing system performance.
Advanced Analytics & Predictive Modeling
Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, PySpark) for forecasting, optimization, and complex data analysis.
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to enhance predictive accuracy and business insights.
Conduct statistical testing, segmentation analysis, and experimental design to inform decision-making.
Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles.
Proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven initiatives.
Expertise in SQL and Python for data transformation, analysis, and automation.
Experience designing scalable data products, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar tools) for advanced reporting and insights.
Strong communication skills—ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with Azure, Databricks, or other cloud-based data processing platforms.
Experience with predictive modeling, A/B testing, and statistical methods.
Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Delta Lake, Hadoop) is a plus.
